Bull games

L'abrivado : Bulls that leave from the pastures to go to the arena. They are surrounded by Provencal cowboys on their white camargue horses.

La bandido : Bulls that go back to the pastures or the trucks from the arena.

L'encierro : A quarter of the city is closed and four bulls are let loose on the streets and run freely in the main street. Young people running behind and trying to catch them.

THE FERRADA

The middle of the herd (breeding bulls of the Camargue), the herdsmen isolate one by one the young anoubles (yearling bulls) to mark, with a hot iron, the currency of their herd and year of birth. It is often during a friendly lunch.

THE "GASE"

Unique in our region, the "gase" is a return in the past. The manadier were crossing rivers with their bulls , guided by small boats to carry them from one pasture to another
