This very old village, right near the scrub hills, has sites dating back to prehistoric and Roman times. During the religious wars, there were intense combats here between the Catholics and the Protestants.

As in all the villages in the valley, you can visit the pretty traditional architecture with the typical charming stone houses.

Three rivers cross the town, offering many fishing spots, and trails along the Vidourle river climb toward the hills offering a beautiful natural environment.
