Since five centuries, this land belongs to the Walcker family, wine growers since 13 generations.

The Domaine de Cauviac puts all its efforts to maintain and develop its charm and its strong nature.

The castle is overlooking its vineyards of about 30 hectars, a very fertile land, composed of different grapes of "Vin de Pays d'Oc".

This "cave particulière" holds a complete pallet of wine under different conditioning. Bottles 75 cl,50 cl and bag in box 5L, 10 L.

White : Chardonnay.

Rosé : Grenache.

Rouge : Cabernet : Médaille d'argent "Concours des vins gardois".
